If you want to try a new experience, make a change, or take a real challenge... .Then, it's time to join ABC Projects team in one of the following projects:

ABC Academy Project:
• Supervising day to day project operations.
• Dealing with the trainers.
• Searching for the newest trainings or the newest methodologies of
training.
• Conducting surveys and questionnaires for the purpose of training
needs assessment.
• Achieving some PR tasks for instance of attracting training, fund,
catering, and media sponsors.

MSR (Model of Social Responsibility) Project:
• Supervising day to day project operations.
• Making charity events.
• Creating programs for orphans, homeless children, special needs…etc.
• Raising campaigns and events (social, sports, cleaning …etc.).
• Raising the awareness of the ABCians (members and delegates) about
their social responsibility and development.

ABC Juniors Project:
• Supervising day to day project operations.
• Preparing the curriculum to be given to the kids in schools.
• Finding the schools where the program could be held.
• Working with MSR in preparing curriculum for orphans and homeless
children.

ABC OC 2010 Members Recruitment is on...

We’re currently recruiting members to join the ABC 2010 team in the following organizing committees & here’s a brief description for them:

*Fund Raising Committee:
• Financing the model during the whole season.
• Attracting catering sponsors to cover the model’s needs during the
season.
• Providing the suitable academic sponsors.
• Providing printing sponsor for the magazine.
• Build & maintain strong relationship with sponsors.

*Coordination & Reception Committee:
• Responsible for organizing & controlling all ABC's events & providing
places for them (welcome, opening, sessions, & closing).
• Responsible for logistics inside the college & any necessary permits.
• Organizing the interviews during recruitment & selection phase.
• Responsible for the decorations during the sessions & the conference
halls during the conference.
• Responsible for the model’s paperwork, name-tags, T-shirts, & the
printings issue.
• Welcoming applicants in the booth, delegates, sponsors…etc in events.
• Responsible for preparing the coffee/lunch break during the sessions &
the conference.

*Public Relations Committee:
• Attracting the suitable media sponsors.
• Developing Events’ program in coordination with other committees.
• Strengthening ABC’s relations with other models & University professors.
• Contacting VIPs, inviting & welcoming them to our events as well as the
guest speakers.
• Distributing flyers, brochures, & invitations as well as arrange
campaigns to publicize for ABC.
• Developing a clear plan for the magazine distribution.

*Multimedia Committee:
• Preparing documentraies for all ABC’s events.
• Design all printings & publications of the model (T-shirts, flyers,
brochures, posters, banners, name tags, Business cards & any other
needed designs).
• Support academic committee with all techinical support during sessions &
conference days.
• Develop & manage ABC website.
• Designing magazine, newsletters & wall magazine.
• Develop an E-magazine for ABC.
• Photographing & videotapping events & sessions.

*Magazine Committee:
• Writing & editing magazine articles for issuing our annual magazine,
newsletters, & wall magazine.
• Interviewing some VIPs and celebrities.
• Writing & revising flyers, brochures, & banners.
• Writing articles to be published in other magazines & newspapers.

طبعا كلنا سمعنا الكلمة دي كتييييييييييييييييييير اوي و في مننا ناس عارفينها بس لسه في ناس مش عارفة يعني ايه.

طيب خلاص مفيش مشكلة دلوقتي ان شاء الله هنعرف يعني ايه موديلز وكمان موجودة فين ومين ممكن يشترك فيها وامتي بتكون موجودة.....يعني ان شاء الله كل حاجة عن الموديلز تقريبا.

اولا : الموديلز دي انشطة طلابية بيقوم بيها طلبة الجامعة يعني كلها طلبة من رئيس الموديل لاي حد تاني بيكونوا طلاب.......ايه ده يعني مفيش خريجين !!!!!!!!!! لا طبعا معانا خريجين بس المقصود ان النشاط ده بيقوم عليه الطلبة وبيخدم بردوا الطلبة.

-وهما دول الناس المسئولين عن شرح المادة العلمية وزي ما قولنا بردو بيكونو طلبة بس طلبة علي اعلي مستوي ومؤهلين كويس جدا لحاجة زي كده.(في بعض الموديلز بتجيب ناس يشرحوا من بره ،و بيكونو من شركات كبيرة).

-الطلبة اللي بيحضروا الكورس و المادة العلمية بتكون مقدمة ليهم ، وهما دول الشريحة المستهدفة من الطلبة ،ودول بيكون الكونفرس ليهم وبيطبقوا فيه كل المادة العلمية اللي خدوهم.

اللجنة التنظيمية

-والناس دي فهما المسئولين عن كل العملية التنظيمية وبيتقسموا لجان كتير (الاستقبال، العلاقات العامة ، التمويل......) ولجان تاني كتير ، وبتختلف من موديل لموديل احيانا في المسميات ولكن في الغالب الشغل واحد.

لجنة الموارد البشرية

-هنا بقي لو عايز تشتغل في الموارد البشرية او تتعلم شغلهم يبقي عليك وعلي اللجنة دي ، واللجنة دي بتكون مسئولة عن حاجات كتير(التدريب ، التقييم...........) وبيكون شغلهم جميل جدا.

في الغالب هي دي التقسيمة اللي بتكون في معظم الموديلز ،احيانا بتكون في اختلافات بسيطة انما هو ده الاساس اللي بيكون عليه معظم الموديلز تقريب.

1-المحاكاة

-وبتكون فكرة الموديل قائمة علي محاكاة لشئ موجود بالفعل ، وفي الغالب بتكون محاكاة لمنظمات عالمية او محلية.

مثل : نموذج محاكاة مجلس الامن، نموذج محاكاة جامعة الدول العربية ،نموذج محاكة منظمة التجارة العالمية ، والموديلز دي بتكون معظمها في كلية اقتصاد وعلوم سياسية بس في منها في كلية تجارة زي نموذج محاكاة منظمة التجارة العالمية ، او منظمة الوحدة الاقتصادية.

-هنا طول الموديل بتكون في مناقشات في موضوعات سياسية مطروحة علي الساحة في الوقت ده ، وفي اخر الموديل بيكون في كونفرس وهنا بتكون عملية المحاكاة الفعلية ، وبيبدا الطلبة يتقسموا كدول(مصر-امريكا-فرنسا-اسرائيل-العراق............ ......) وكل عضو بيكون مسئول عن دولة وبيتكلم باسمها وبيتبني سياستها.

-وفي الموديلز دي بتكون مفيدة جدا جدا عشان بتعلمك ازاي بتمشي الحياة السياسية وازاي بتكون المفاوضات بين الدول ،وكمان ازاي تاخد قرار وتعمل معاهدات، مش كده وبس بتتعلم يعني اقناع(انت مثلا بتتكلم باسم اسرائيل او امريكا او اي دولة تانية) وكمان بتعلم تفاوض عملي من غير اي كورسات لانك بتتفاوض بصورة فعلية.

-ايه ده... يعني الموديل دي سياسية ، بس في مننا ممكن يكون مش بيحب السياسة او مش هي دي اهتماماته ، يعني كده نسيب الموديلز دي ولا ايه!!!!!!!!! لأ طبعا.الجزء السياسي بيكون في اللجنة الاكاديمية وبس ، يعني كلنا ممكن ندخل الموديلز دي في اللجنة التنظيمية او لجنة الموارد البشرية.(يعني بردوا الموديلز دي بردوا بتاعتنا)

2- ورش العمل

-و الموديلز دي بتكون عبارة عن ورش عمل في مجالات معينة في التسويق او الموارد البشرية او اي مجال تاني (يعني بتكون كورسات) . مثل

(STP-ABC-MESE………)

-والموديلز دي بتكون فرصة جميلة جدا لأي حد لسه ما اشتركش في اي موديل ،عشان بيشترك فيها كعضو وهنا هو بيستفيد بالكورس اللي بيدرسه ، وفي نفس الوقت بيكون اتعرف اكتر علي نظام الموديل.

-طيب ممكن حد يقول طيب ما دي كورسات زي اي كورسات طب ايه الفرق وايه الجديد يعني ؟؟؟؟؟ هنا بقي اقولك ان في فرق كبيييييييييييييييييييييير جدا ، اولا في طريقة دراسة الكورس والفرق الاكبر في حاجة اسمها الكونفرس ، وده عبارة عن 3 او 4 ايام بتطبق فيها كل اللي انت درسته عملي (يعني مثلا في ايه بي سي السنة اللي فاتت كان في الكونفرس ناس نفذت مشروع بنك، وناس عملت شركات تامين ،وناس عملت مشروعات صغيرة) يعني كل كلمة درستها بتطبقها وكمان الكورسات دي بتمون مجانية تماما.

-طيب هل في اي شروط عشان اشترك في الموديلز دي؟؟؟لأ مفيش اي شروط يعني ممكن طالب او خريج من الجامعة الموجود فيها الموديل او من بره الجامعة او من معهد او اي اكاديمية ، بس بيكون في انترفيو عشان تشترك في الموديل ، واهم شرط فيه الجدية والالتزام.

-طيب مواعيد الموديل (عشان اللي عنده دراسة او اللي بيشتغل)........... ......... ..في الغالب بتكون الموديلز كل يوم جمعة او سبت ، وفي موديلز بتكون جمعة وسبت.

رابعا : أماكن الموديلز.

الموديلز موجودة في جامعة القاهرة والجامعة الامريكية وجامعة عين شمس ............ .الخ

بما اني في جامعة القاهرة فممكن اقولكم علي الموديلز فين بالظبط في جامعة القاهرة وكمان اعرف الموديلز اللي في الجامعة الامريكية يا ريت لو اي حد في جامعة عين شمس او اي جامعة تانية فيها موديلز ياريت يبعت لنا اسماء الموديلز الموجودة في جامعته)
